Many of us, over the course of our lives, may be exposed to potentially traumatic events, and some of us may be significantly impacted by these experiences. All of us—as humans—know what it means to experience loss. This discussion will bring together people with knowledge and lived experiences of grief and trauma to provide insights on these topics. Discussions will focus on how to maintain hope and resilience during our recovery journeys, including treatment options and other available resources for those experiencing significant psychological distress.
