Description:

This first day of discussion will focus on how Champlain can develop a transitional aged youth / emerging adults (16-24) system of services and how the mental health and addictions sector can best support this population. The morning will focus on reflection – reviewing improvements / key learnings from within our area and innovations from other regions. During the afternoon we will work toward an understanding of the current environment of services – recognizing key pressure points within the system and looking at how partnerships, collaborations, service enhancements, and integrations are impacting young adults and their families.
