This new infographic from the Mobilizing Minds Minds Research Group illustrates the findings of a study into the preferences of young adults (ages 18-35) when it comes to information about mental health. Taking into account information content and format, the infographic shows three distinct preference groups that emerged from the study (the virtual group, the conventional group and the low-interest group). It also illustrates the reasons why improved strategies are needed for providing mental health information to young adults, along with recommendations for providing information in the ways that are most useful and appealing to them.
